We spent 9 wonderful days in London. In addition to shopping and visiting sights, we also spent alot of time with my wife's father and his family. Her sister was in London at the same time we were and went with us to the Tower of London, the London Eye, and the Tate Modern. We spent the first 7 nights at the Jarvis Kensington Hotel, then moved to St. Margaret's Hotel. Both included wonderful breakfasts.
I spent some time alone to explore and photograph the Croydon light rail line, the Jubilee line extension on the Underground, and the London Transport Museum, not to mention internet surfing at EasyEverything. We also took the Docklands automated light rail on Saturday to Lewisham to visit my wife's childhood neighbor's in Catford.
